Hear Jeremy talk about the upcoming book “The Shoulder: Theory and Practice”. Jeremy and Angela will discuss the chapter on categorisation of shoulder disability including the role of clinical tests, diagnosis and prognosis and a new method for categorising shoulder conditions.
The vast majority of spinal pain is short-lived and resolves with advice, self-care and when needed, short term interventions such as manual therapy. However, various serious medical conditions may also “masquerade” as simple spine pain. Appropriate history receiving, thorough clinical examination and watchful waiting often have the ability to “unmask” these conditions so that the patient may be re-directed on to medical management.
