Frequent Asked Questions

If you are having difficulties logging in, it is most likely because you have been locked out by our security system.

By design, if you continually enter the incorrect login credentials, our system will assume that you attempting to break in and temporarily block access to our site.  This is done to protect our users’ private information.

If you have been locked out you can may either wait before attempting to log in again or contact technical support.

“My MDI certificate doesn’t have my name and/or date on it!”

Your certificate of completion for the Medical Diagnostic Imaging online course will be automatically generated upon successful completion of all course topics, lessons, and quizzes.

If you are able to generate a certificate, but your name and/or date of completion are not being properly populated, please ensure that you have filled our your profile in your account.

By default your display name and email are the same.  You will have to change your display name in order to save all other changes.

“Where do I print off my MDI certificate?”

You will be prompted to print your MDI certificate immediately after completing all lessons, topics, and quizzes related to the MDI course.  You can always reprint this by logging in, navigating to the course home page, and clicking the “PRINT CERTIFICATE” button.

“I keep getting directed back to the MDI course homepage instead of the proper lesson!”

This happens for 1 of 2 reasons:

  1. You are not logged in
  2. Your browser’s cache needs to be cleared.  To do this, consult the appropriate browser instructional page below:

“I keep getting a 404 error and can’t access anything!”

This is usually another caching issue.  Simply clear your browser’s cache and try again.  If you continue to experience issues, please contact technical support.

“What is the Cancellation Policy?”

Cancellation Policy for in-person courses

All cancellations must be made through rob@keyclinskills.ca or 519 200 4777.

  • Cancellations made more than 42 days before the date of the course will be charged a fee of $35 to cover banking fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 42 days (6 weeks) before the date the course begins will be charged a fee of $100.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days (2 weeks) before the date the course begins will be charged a fee of 25% of the cost of the course before tax.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the date the course begins will be charged a fee of 75% of the cost of the course before tax.

*Note: Cancellations stemming from extreme and/or uncontrollable and/or unforeseeable circumstances may be subject to a review and altered fee penalty. Any consideration for cancellation fee adjustment will be subject to a review of mandatory documentation submitted by the student including, but not limited to, written justification and notarized supporting documentation validating the circumstances.
