Spinal Masqueraders and Red Flags – Free Interactive Webinar

Free webinar hosted by Key Clinical Skills.

Recorded live on February 21, 2024

SPINAL MASQUERADERS
The vast majority of spinal pain is short-lived and resolves with advice, self-care and when needed, short term interventions such as manual therapy. However, various serious medical conditions may also “masquerade” as simple spine pain.  Appropriate history receiving, thorough clinical examination and watchful waiting often have the ability to “unmask” these conditions so that the patient may be re-directed on to medical management.
This free webinar will use case-studies from the presenter’s 40-year experience in primary clinical and consultative advanced practitioner roles to review some of the serious medical conditions that may present as spinal pain. The program will be interactive with lots of opportunities to participate, respond to quizzes and share your experiences. Those interested in taking on advanced practitioner roles will gain skills in an important area of consultant-level care.
