Adam Brown will present an overview of what Long COVID is and outline the relevant phenotypes and how to identify them. A discussion about contraindications and safety considerations when treating people who may have long COVID and how to support individuals to find appropriate care. Then we will open it up for Q+A.

Adam is an experienced Physiotherapist and co-founder of Cornerstone Physiotherapy and Therapia Physiotherapy. In Addition to his professional physiotherapy training, he has completed a post-graduate Masters of Clinical Science (MClSc), is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT) and is credentialed by the McKenzie Institute International (Cred. MDT). Adam is also a researcher with Toronto’s University Health Network investigating how best to help people suffering from Long COVID. One of Adam’s primary interests is in how medical professionals can leverage data from wearable technology to assist in Long COVID, metabolic and other forms of rehabilitation.
