Clinical reasoning is a key skill for a health care practitioner who sees patients. It doesn’t matter how great you are at manual therapy or strength and conditioning or manipulation, if you cannot identify the problem and figure out what to do about it, then those skills may not help or may make things worse! Learn how to gather the information you need, avoid biases, recognize clinical patterns, triage, establish irritability and classify patients into a Goal Oriented Classification system so that you can effectively diagnosis and treat patients on Monday morning.
This course consists of 8 essential Units:

  1. What is Clinical reasoning (because you can’t get better at something unless you know what it is!)
  2. Biases and how to avoid them
  3. Screening patients
  4. Subjective information gathering
  5. Outcome Measures
  6. Objective Information Gathering (How to use SnOUT and SpIN)
  7. Cases to apply information
  8. Prognosis and mini cases to improve your clinical reasoning

Learn a systematic approach to gathering information, organize it and applying it to accurately classify and effectively treat patients Monday Morning!
